Prawn omelette

Ingredients:

150-200g Prawns - shelled, cleaned and cut cubes (not too small)
and season with:
1/8 tsp Salt & dash of pepper
1/4 tsp Light soy sauce
1/4 tsp Sesame oil
1 Onion - shredded
3 Large eggs - lightly beaten with some light soy sauce about 1/2 tsp and dash of pepper


Preparation:

Pour some oil in a non-stick pan and fry onion still soft.
Add prawns and fry till just cooked.
Spread out onion and prawns evenly, then pour beaten eggs over it.
Swirl pan around to spread the omelette evenly.
When the eggs have set about 2-3 mins, flip the eggs over and cook for another 2-3 mins.
