TOMATO SOUP 4

14 qts. tomatoes
7 med. onions
1 celery stalk
3 tbsp. parsley

Combine and cook until celery and onions are tender. Run through food mill. Add:

4 tbsp. salt
8 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper

Cook for 15 minutes.

Add:
14 tbsp. melted butter
14 tbsp. flour

Add to soup. Pour into prepared jars and process for 30 minutes.
